Site purpose
helixwrks.com is the website for HelixWrks LLC, an Arizona limited liability company providing life science technology consulting services. The site shares information about those services, publishes educational content, and offers access — on a limited, request-based alpha basis — to HelixWrks Lab software products. The site itself does not sell products, process financial transactions, or host public user accounts.
Informational purposes only
All content on the site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, medical, financial, regulatory, or professional advice. Content describing technology strategies, vendor evaluation approaches, workflow frameworks, regulatory frameworks, or financial models is general in nature and does not constitute advice tailored to your specific situation. A formal consulting engagement governed by a signed Client Engagement Agreement and Statement of Work is required before any professional advisory services are provided by HelixWrks.
HelixWrks Lab products (alpha)
HelixWrks Lab products — including the LIMS Readiness Assessment and BenchForge — are made available on a limited, invitation-based alpha basis and are pre-release, experimental software. They are provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice, and we do not warrant their availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Any scores, models, cost figures, or other outputs are informational decision-support only — not professional advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for the information you enter and for ensuring you are authorized to submit it. We may suspend or revoke access at our discretion, and additional terms presented within a product may also apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or products — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with or overloading the service, reverse engineering or copying the products, reselling or redistributing access, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content. Access granted to you may not be shared without our consent.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, assessment tools, software, methodologies, and design — is owned by or licensed to HelixWrks LLC and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal informational use. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, scrape for training of AI/ML systems, or use site content commercially without prior written consent.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and the HelixWrks Lab products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HelixWrks's total liability arising from your use of the site and the free, pre-release products is limited to one hundred dollars (US$100). This limitation applies to use of the site and products and does not modify the liability provisions of any executed Client Engagement Agreement or Statement of Work between HelixWrks and a client.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience and reference only; we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our site and products evolve. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and the updated version takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the site.
Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HelixWrks regarding your use of the site — except that any executed Client Engagement Agreement and Statement of Work governs the professional services it covers and controls in the event of a conflict.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
